Benefits & Uses

  • Digestive tonic: Stimulates bile flow, improves sluggish digestion, and supports liver and gallbladder function.

Form & Dosage

  • Tincture: 2–4 mL, up to 3 times daily.

  • Capsules/Extracts: 300–500 mg standardized extract, once or twice daily.
